This policy explains what information LaunchPad Kits ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy a product, and how it's used. The site is operated by Christopher Mikla, a sole proprietor doing business as LaunchPad Kits, in the United States.

Information we collect

  • Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, name, email and billing information to complete the purchase. We don't see or store your full card number. We can see order details such as your email, the product bought, the amount and the date. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Download delivery: to send your download link, we store your email address and order reference with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and send the email through our email provider (Resend). If you're refunded, the download link is switched off.
  • Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep the email so we can reply.
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Analytics: we don't use any analytics tools at the moment. If we add one, we'll update this policy.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. If we add analytics, sponsors or affiliate links that use cookies, we'll update this section.

How we use information

  • To deliver the products you buy and provide support and updates.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax and accounting rules (7 years, in line with US tax record-keeping guidance), and support emails for as long as they're useful for helping you.
