Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply to this website and to digital products sold by LaunchPad Kits, operated by Christopher Mikla, a sole proprietor doing business as LaunchPad Kits, in the United States. By buying or using our products you agree to them.
The product
The Ship It Kit is a downloadable digital product (Markdown files and a PDF) containing guides, prompts, checklists and configuration files. It's delivered right after payment by email, as a private download link.
Licence
When you buy the kit you get a personal licence to use it on your own projects, including commercial ones. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the kit itself, or publish its contents as your own product.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and calculates and collects any applicable sales tax at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time unless stated otherwise. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Refunds
If The Ship It Kit isn't useful to you, email hello@getlaunchpadkits.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Please include the email address you used at checkout. When a refund is issued, your download link is switched off. Your statutory consumer rights aren't affected.
No guarantee of security
The guides and kit are educational. They cover common mistakes when launching AI-built apps, but they aren't a professional security audit or penetration test, and following them doesn't guarantee your app is secure or compliant. Third-party platforms (such as Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, Supabase, Vercel and Stripe) change often. Always check their official documentation. You're responsible for your own apps and data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the content is provided "as is", and LaunchPad Kits isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
